How It Works

Voting online is simple, secure and takes only a few minutes. Follow these steps to cast your vote.

Go to the homepage or “All Elections” page and choose an open election you are eligible for.

Enter your university email. A one-time verification code will be sent to confirm your identity.

Select your preferred candidate for each position. You can only vote once per position.

Review your choices and submit. Your vote is recorded securely and anonymously.

Your vote is encrypted and cannot be linked back to you. Only the final tally is visible to election officials.

You can vote on your phone, tablet or computer as long as you have a stable internet connection.

The system prevents double voting. Once you submit a vote for a position, it cannot be changed.

Each election has a closing date and time. Make sure you vote before the election closes.
